Returns
We want you to love your jewelry. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must:
- Be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- Include all original packaging
- Show no signs of wear, damage, or alteration
For hygiene reasons, earrings must be unworn and in their original sealed condition.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded:
- Personalized or custom-made items (including engraving)
- Final sale / clearance items
- Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know whether your refund has been approved.
If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed
- Banks or credit card companies may require additional time for the refund to appear
Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return your original purchase and place a new order once the return is approved.
We do not currently offer direct exchanges.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos.
We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
